Consiglio beauty del momento! Beauty advice of the moment!

Buona sera ragazze! Sono qui che mi perdo, tra un gelato e un pó di musica, nella lettura di alcune delle riviste che compro mensilmente e mi andava di condividere con voi un consiglio beauty fresco fresco!
L'obiettivo é quello di preparare al meglio la nostra amatissima pelle al sole ( anche se quest'anno proprio non si vuole far vedere ). Per quanto riguarda l'esfoliazione naturale del corpo il mio caro Glamour ci consiglia di preparare uno scrub con 1/3 di sale fino e 2/3 d'olio d'oliva. Esfoliare con un guanto esfoliante che, in più, aiuta a drenare e a levigare la buccia d'arancia. Beh io sto provando questo metodo da qualche settimana e mi sto trovando veramente bene! Good evening girls! Today I'm here with a good ice-cream and good music, while I'm reading some magazines that I usually buy every month. I want share with you a beauty advice about " how to prepare our lovely skin for the exposure at the sun ". For a natural exfoliation, my dear Glamour, says that we can make a scrub with 1/3 of salt and 2/3 of olive oil. We have to do this with an exfoliator glove that, it helps to drain and smooth down the " orange peel " . I'm trying this method for a few weeks and it's really really good!
